I guess cattle comes to heat every 21 days and via rectal exam we can feel the uterine tone, feel the ovaries etc and also cow shows signs of heat so it’s easy to get things done with all these things but in dog, female comes to heat once in 4-6 months and proestrus and estrus overlaps a lot clinically so we heavily rely on vaginal cytology.

@@muhindiascensio sample will be collected either via catheter or ultrasound guided cystocentesis. If it’s for routine urine check free catch sample.

Here the focus is dysbiosis. And the goal should be to replenish normal GUT micro flora which will be to start probiotics. Also address the primary cause as well.
